OSK won’t be PN17 firm after stake sale (5053)

KUALA LUMPUR: OSK Holdings Bhd
has received confirmation from Bursa Malaysia that it will not trigger
a PN17 criteria upon the completion of its proposed disposal.
In a statement yesterday, OSK had proposed to dispose to RHB Capital Bhd its 100% equity interest in OSK Investment Bank Bhd, 20% in OSK Trustees Bhd, 20% in Malaysian Trustees Bhd and 100% in OSK Investment Bank (Labuan) Ltd.
“Accordingly,
OSK Holdings will not be classified as an affected listed issuer under
PN17 upon completion of the proposed disposal,” it said.
