DRB-Hicom gets new finance COO (1619)
DRB-Hicom Bhd has appointed Datuk Seri Che Khalib Mohamad Noh as the Chief Operating Officer-Finance, Strategy & Planning, effective today.
The former chief of Tenaga Nasional Bhd, a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom), is also a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
DRB Hicom Group Managing Director Datuk Seri Mohd Khamil Jamil said the appointment would further enhance the group's effectiveness in charging ahead and in managing the diversity of its business.
"Che Khalib brings with him a wealth of strategic management, business acumen and leadership experience especially in the transformation of organisations," he said in a statement.
Che Khalib, 47, has received many accolades that honoured his exemplary leadership, which included the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Asian Utility Industry Awards 2012 as well as Chief Executive Officer of the Year at the inaugural Asia Power and Electricty Awards 2010. -- Bernama
