IHH’s index weight at 1.42% in KLCI (5225)
KUALA LUMPUR: IHH Healthcare Bhd, which will be included into the FBM KLCI on Aug 1, will have an index weight of 1.42%.
FTSE
Asia Research said on Thursday that health care equipment &
services sector would see the largest change in index weighting, up
1.42%.
However, gas, water & multiutilities sector would see
the largest fall in index weighting, down 0.60% following the exclusion
of MMC Corporation
from the 30-stock KLCI. “The additon of IHH Healthcare and deletion of
MMC are estimated to have a total two-way index turnover of 2.84%,” it
said.
IHH's total share issue of 8.05 billion shares will also see it having an investability weighting of 30%.
