Sime Darby's unit dispose properties (4197)

Sime Darby Ara Damansara Development Sdn Bhd (SDAD) and Sime Darby
Brunsfield Holding Sdn Bhd (SDBH) have disposed 15 units of kiosks and
the Oasis Retail Mall for RM82.535 million to Brunsfield Oasis Square
Sdn Bhd (BOSSB).
The properties comprised 15 units of centre
piazza double storey kiosks with center stage and water features pool,
and a retail mall of 61 units of retail shops over two levels, Sime
Darby Bhd said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia Securities.
The sale is expected to be completed within four months.
SDAD is an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Sime Darby, while SDBH is an indirect subsidiary. Bernama
