MAA sold for RM344m

MAA Holdings Bhd and its wholly-owned subsidiary, MAA Corp Sdn Bhd, yesterday signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Zurich Insurance Co Ltd to sell Malaysian Assurance Alliance Bhd (MAA).
The group is selling MAA to the Swiss insurer for RM344 million.
