Time dotCom in search of more acquisitions

SHAH ALAM: Time dotCom Bhd
does not rule out the possibility of acquiring more companies in tandem
with its aspiration of expanding in the regional market.
Its chief executive officer Afzal Abdul Rahim
said on Monday Time dotCom was on the lookout of potential companies in
the region but acquiring a local company was on its cards for the
moment.
"We like fixed line telcos, metropolitan fibre players and data centres," he said after the AGM.
He
said Time dotCom had just completed major acquisitions of domestic
firms last year and expected the companies to contribute 20% to 25% to
its earnings for 2013.
Last year, it bought data centre AIMS Group, Global Transit Communications and Global Transit Ltd.
