3 Lion units in collaboration talks

Three units of Malaysia’s Lion Group said they’re in talks with various parties regarding a possible strategic collaboration, responding to media reports of a potential investment in their steel companies.
Lion Corp, Lion Industries Corp and Lion Diversified Holdings Bhd said in separate statements to the Kuala Lumpur stock exchange that talks are “exploratory.” -- Bloomberg
