KUALA LUMPUR (July 23): Maybank Investment Bank Bhd purchased 8.5 million shares in AirAsia X yesterday to stabilise the stock's price.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the company said the stabilising manager, Maybank Investment, had purchased the shares at RM1.25 per share.
The share price of the long-haul budget airline, which was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia on July 10, was flat at RM1.25 today.
