TH Heavy quarterly revenue rises 79%
PETALING JAYA: TH Heavy Engineering Bhd’s revenue for the third quarter ended Sept 30 rose 79% to RM83.6mil compared with RM46.62mil a year earlier.
Its profit, however, came in marginally lower at RM3.9mil versus RM4mil before.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the oil and gas firm said: “During the quarter under review, the company recognised a gain on disposal of equity interest in its subsidiary company, THHE Fabricators Sdn Bhd amounting to RM20.1mil.”
It said the increase in revenue was mainly contributed by the recognition of theMurphy Sarawak Oil Co Ltd project.
