Thursday, 05 June 2014 19:16 KUALA LUMPUR (June 5): Silk Holdings Bhd has won two marine vessel-charter contracts with a total value of RM104.5 million. In an announcement to Bursa Malaysia today, Silk said its subsidiary Jasa Merin (M) Sdn Bhd had secured both contracts from Lundin Malaysia BV for the provision of one anchor handling tug supply vessel under each contract. The contracts, with a primary term of 25 months, may be extended for another year at Lundin’s discretion, according to Silk. |
