KUALA LUMPUR (July 10): HB Global Ltd has received an extension period of four months from Bursa Malaysia, to submit its regularization plan by Sept 07.

With regards to its practice note 17 (PN17) status, a PN17 company is required to submit a regularization plan. HB Global had first announced on May 06, that it had appointed SJ Securities Sdn Bhd as the principal adviser in submitting the plan, with the application for the extension, starting on May 07.

Should HB Global fail to submit or obtain approval for implementation of its plan from regulatory authorities, or implement the plan within the given time frame, the stock exchange shall suspend the trading of HB Global shares, upon the expiry of five market days from the date the company is notified, and de-list the company.
