KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 11): [size=14]Pasukhas Group Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Singapore-based Wireless Network Investment Pte Ltd (WNIPL) to commence discussion to jointly undertake a property development project in Jakarta, Indonesia.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Pasukhas (fundamental: 1.15; valuation: 0) said it has signed the MOU with WNIPL to commence discussion and negotiatiations exclusively in good faith the detailed on the structures and terms of the proposal with the intention to finalise and enter into the relevant definitive agreements within three months from now.
“The company will make a detailed announcement upon the execution of the definitive agreement in compliance with the requirements of Bursa Securities ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard)’s Listing Requirements,” said Pasukhas.
Pasukhas shares closed unchanged at 24 sen today, with a market capitalisation of RM70.8 million.
