KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 12): Mattress maker [size=14]Lee Swee Kiat Group Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) today received an unusual market activity (UMA) query from Bursa Malaysia on the recent sharp rise in its share price and traded volume.
“We draw your attention to the recent rise in price and volume of your company’s shares (trading activity)”, the local bourse’s query read.
Lee Swee Kiat Group (fundamental: 1.7; valuation: 1.8) had seen its share prices skyrocketed since early March this year.
From 18.5 sen on Mar 4, the stock has risen 86.5% to close at 34.5 sen today for a market capitalisation of RM52.9 million. A total of 54.15 million shares of the company were traded today.
