Harbour (Fundamental: 1.7/3, Valuation: 1.8/3) first triggered our momentum alert on March 3 at RM1.70. Since then, the stock has risen by 18.2% to close at RM2.01 yesterday.
The company announced its 3QFYJune2015 earnings results yesterday. For 9MFY2015, net profit surged 76.1% to RM36.5 million while sales increased 9.2% to RM391.1 million, mainly due to logistics services and machineries segment as well as engineering works segment.
To recap, the Bintulu-based company provides shipping and marine services, logistic services and equipment rental, as well as engineering and construction services. It also owns a 100-acre land at the Kidurong Industrial Area (KINDA) near Bintulu Port. Harbour intends to develop the land into a township with integrated facilities.
It has a net cash of RM17.3 million at end-March 2015, compared to a net gearing of 36.6% in FY2011. The stock currently trades at a trailing 12-month P/E of 8.7 times and 1.44 times book.
