Quill Capita plans to raise up to RM270m

QUILL Capita Trust plans to sell bonds to raise up to RM270 million to refinance borrowings and for future working capital.

Quill said in a stock exchange filing yesterday that the Securities Commission had approved its proposed seven-year commercial papers/medium-term notes programme.
