How to deal with difficult ppl

im sure many of u work in corporate many years......and all have experience dealing with difficult ppl......

i had this problem with this guy lah.........

this is actually the first time i work with him....so i never do anything to him or say anything bad to him.....he is not frm here.....he is from india....migrate to america

so happen that he need my help to do one item.....
the way he write email like i owe him using underlines.......replying rudely without saying hi or signature......and quoting date and time....
the way he talk is like i do my job badly all the time so need to do like that

but in fact im very good at my job.....and got praises from ppl around me........and ive been doing thousands....i mean thousands of that item without any issue compare to his one item.....its nothing
so how u all handle this kind of ppl leh???

by the way....im a green horn working 1 yr.....
he is a senior project manager....

this will make u lost ur mood with work someday.....just let him like that....cause he does not paying ur salary.....
he not understand our malaysian culture.....

wait and see if he still persist....let him know u r good worker...and can perform....like ejam said, if he is not paying ur salary or in charge for your promotion just let him ma...unless everyday u need to deal with him

As long as he's not complaining to the superiors should be ok. Probably he's just naturally and unintentionally "rude" :)
