u.s stock market cycle

Stage 1. Bad news..then world market go down
Stage 2. Bernanke come out with stimulus then market up for months
Stage 3. Market will find bad news such as Europe and u.s debt, downgrading etc bla bla bla then market go down again
Stage 4. Bernanke again, then market up again.

All this cycle has been repeating for few years, what we see Dow Jones still trending up no matter how bad is the news.

Today employment data seems weak, but hey, bullish player might want fed to see that economy is weak and they may bet that fed may even come out more heavy stimulus. Therefore, not until Di close, one wake up tomorrow and may find that do is actually green. For me, I never worry even Di red 150 point cause I don think it will impact Asia market much especially our bursa. So just relax lo.

I still opined that dj won't Holland much, world market is thematic, they find excuse to sell down and they will find reasons to buy up. With Bernanke in, stock market will still repeat the cycle lo and at the end dj index trending up le. Wysiwyg
