Trading stocks in bad market
Here are some of the rules taught by maxims on how to survive a bad market. He has proven time and time again it is possible to make money when everyone is jumping[You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
One more new rule is play h3 lor.....everything down it go up [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] but be warned hsi is a beast those lack experience especially newbie i suggest avoid it unless guidance by maxims [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
- Selection of warrant need to be more stringent ie premium should be lower, mom should appreciate more than bb or bb should go down more than mom else stay sideline. Try to avoid going to expire bb cause during crash time going to expire bb may go down sharper than usual but may appreciate slower than usual as well.
- Try to trade lower quantity on one counter while divert the excess fund to other counter unless the deal is too good.
- Use trade monitor to get the feel on sentiment as well as buy sell momentum also good method to spot potential bb
- Be more alert to news and regional market indices performance
- Exit strategy also important regardless loss or profit. For as long as mom go down sell it with no second thought
- Stay sideline if you think you can't cope with it.
