Tebrau Teguh rises after land sale

Tebrau Teguh Bhd, a Malaysian property company, rose the most in almost
two months in Kuala Lumpur trading after saying it sold land for RM16.7
million above its current book value.
Its shares gained 4.3 percent to 73 sen at 9:36 a.m. local time, set for its biggest increase since Nov. 14. -- Bloomberg
