Jotech, AutoV rise on SC nod for buyout

Jotech Holdings Bhd rises as much as 7.1 per cent and AutoV gains up to 2.1 per cent.

Securities
Commission had approved plan for Temasek Formation to buy out Jotech,
AutoV and AIC Corp for RM696 million in a bid to merge their businesses.
