LBS to pay dividend of 2.5 sen per share

PETALING JAYA: LBS Bina Group Bhd has proposed a first and final dividend of 2.5 sen per ordinary share of RM1 each less 25% income tax for the financial year ended Dec 31, 2011.
The company told Bursa Malaysia yesterday that the dividend was subject to the shareholders’ approval at its forthcoming 12th AGM.
