MAS, Tajudin Ramli agree to settle legal suits (3786)
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) and its former executive chairman Tan Sri Tajudin Ramli have reached an agreement to settle the legal suits involving both parties.
MAS said on Friday that as result, "the legal suits and all counter-claims in the legal suits against MAS will be withdrawn".
To
recap, in March this year, the government's application to strike out a
counter-claim filed by Tajudin Ramli and two others against it was
dismissed by a High Court.
High Court judge Justice Rosilah Yop
also dismissed Tajudin's application to strike out MAS' claim with
costs with the amount to be decided at taxation stage.
