KUALA LUMPUR (April 23): Kimlun Corporation Bhd’s (Kimlun) wholly-owned subsidiary, Kimlun Sdn Bhd, has secured a contract from Keck Seng Bhd worth RM64.3 million for the CONSTRUCTION [] of 268 units of houses in Daerah Kulaijaya, Johor.
In filing to Bursa today, the company said the construction work is expected to be completed by July 2014.
The group does not foresee any exceptional risk other than operational risks involved with the construction project.
It added the project is expected to contribute to the group’s earnings and net assets of Kimlun group for the financial years during the contract period.
