Sona Petroleum gets listing approval
PETALING JAYA: Special-purpose acquisition company [url=http://archives.thestar.com.my/search/?q=Sona Petroleum Bhd]Sona Petroleum Bhd[/url] has received the approval from the Securities Commission to list on Bursa Malaysia’s main market.
The company, which was formed to acquire assets in the exploration and production (E&P) phases of the oil and gas sector, aims to raise up to RM550mil from its initial public offering.
