MNRB okays 32% dividend
PETALING JAYA: MNRB Holdings Bhd’s shareholders approved the payment of a first and final gross dividend of 32% for the financial year ended March 31, 2013 (FY13), which represents a net payout of 45.3% to RM51.14mil net.
“FY13’s dividend payout underscores the group’s strong financial performance amid a challenging operating environment and regulatory constraints,” said MNRB chairman Sharkawi Alis in a filing with Bursa Malaysia.
