KUALA LUMPUR (Apr 30): Pan Malaysia Capital Bhd will be delisted from Bursa Malaysia this Monday (March 5) following Bursa's rejection of its appeal for a time extension for submission of its regularisation plan.

In a statement on Bursa's website today, financial services-based Pan Malaysia said the regulator had rejected the firm's request to submit its regularisation plan by June 30, hence, the delisting decision.

Bursa had conveyed its decision to the Practice Note 17 entity yesterday.

"In the circumstances, please be informed that the securities of the company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities upon the expiry of two market days from the date of the letter, i.e. on Monday, 5 May 2014," Pan Malaysia said.
