KUALA LUMPUR (June 16): Narra Industries Bhd was issued an unusual market activity (UMA) query by Bursa Malaysia, over the recent rise in price of its shares on Monday. 

at 11.09am, Narra rose 61 sen to RM2.57 with 2.86 million shares traded. 

The regulator has ordered the company to disclose and corporate development, rumour, report or any other possible explanation for the unusual trading activity.

Narra will be holding an extraordinary general meeting on Tuesday, June 17 to seek shareholder approval for recurrent related party transaction of a revenue of trading nature with Hong Leong Company (Malaysia) Bhd.
