Trading of OWG shares to be halted tomorrow pending announcement

KUALA LUMPUR (July 27): Trading in the shares of leisure and hospitality services provider Only World Group Holdings Bhd (OWG) will be suspended throughout the morning trade tomorrow (July 28), pending a material announcement.
In its filing with the bourse, OWG (fundamental: N/A; valuation: N/A) said trading in its shares will be suspended from 9am to 12.30pm.
According to a press invite from the company, OWG will be having a signing ceremony for a “significant corporate exercise” tomorrow, but did not elaborate.
It said, however, that it expects the exercise to contribute positively to its revenue and net profit going forward.
OWG closed 5 sen or 1.72% lower at RM2.85, giving a market capitalisation of RM527.25 million.
