KUALA LUMPUR (Aug 13): [size=14]Gamuda Bhd ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard) has requested for a suspension of trading of its securities tomorrow (Aug 14) pending a material announcement.
Trading in its structured warrants will be suspended at the same time.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Gamuda said the request for suspension is made under subparagraph 3.1(b)(v) of Practice Note No. 2 on requests for suspension of the Main Market listing requirements of Bursa Securities ([You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Financial Dashboard).
Gamuda (fundamental: 1.8; valuation: 2) shares closed up 0.69% at RM4.35 today, bringing a market capitalisation of RM10.51 billion.
