Bursa reprimands Rhythm Consolidated

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd today reprimanded Rhythm Consolidated Bhd and three of its directors for breaches in the listing requirements of Bursa Securities.
In a statement today, the local stock exchange operator said the company's Group Executive Chairman, Ahmad Redza Ahmad Khairuddin, had committed six breaches and was fined a total of RM350,000.
The breaches were committed prior to the de-listing of Rhythm on Aug 27, 2010. -- Bernama
