The FBM KLCI rose 10.21 points to close at 1514.43 yesterday the index rebounded. Technical indicators were higher as the RSI climbed towards the overbought zone while the MACD remains above its signal line. The index had rallied from a low of 1310 points in September and recently broke the 1500-point threshold. Last week’s window dressing and excessive gains were met by profit recently. We expect the index to consolidate below the immediate resistance before retesting the level of 1530 points. For the downside, immediate support is at 1500 followed by second support at 1450.
