guys one of the most important lessons i learn in the market as a trader we MUST LEARN TO CUT LOST!!!!

you got no idea how important cutting lost is......

everytime you go into a bad trade if you cut it the losses is minimum compare to holding it....


  1. not cuttin lost will wipe you out or your entire cap will be stuck fr years who knows....
  2. opportunity cost- you will miss other good stocks when your cap is trap in stock A. Through experience after cutting lost and buying those good stocks i brkeven, make alot more from other stocks
  3. affect your confidence- it ill destroy every little bit of trading confidence you have if you keep holding....dragging you down and destroying you

AND NEVER EVERRRRRRRRR AVERAGE DOWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I TALK TO MANY OF THE TOPTRADERS they never average down.....cutting lost and buying lower is a much much better alternative.....your mind is clouded when you are stuck in a lost and averaging down will just kill you off [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

so in summary if something is not good just cut it off......even if it hurts cut it......for the first few times it hurts after tht its easy as ABC [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
