Muhibbah Engineering (M) Bhd (MEB) will sell its crane fabrication yard to Favelle Favco Bhd (FFB) for RM48.1 million.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the company said the disposal would be satisfied via the allotment and issuance of shares to MEB.

The company said the disposal provided an opportunity for MEB to
rationalise the ownership of the property, by transferring control to FFB, and would reduce MEB's administrative cost.

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the disposal is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of the year. -- Bernama
