Silk gets RM23.7mil contract from Talisman (5078)

SILK Holdings Bhd has secured a RM23.725 million extension contract from Talisman Malaysia Ltd to provide an anchor
handling tug supply vessel.
The
contract, secured via its subsidiary, Jasa Merin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd,
commenced on June 19, 2011, and had a primary period of one year with
extension options of 1+1 year.
The extension is for the period commencing June 19, 2012, until June 18, 2013.
In
a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, the group said the contract extension
was expected to contribute positively to its earnings and assets for
the financial year ended July 31, 2012 and 2013. Bernama
handling tug supply vessel.
The
