LBS Bina to meet RM800 mil sales target

Property developer, LBS Bina Group Bhd, is confident of meeting its sals target of RM800 million this year through its
various product offerings.
In a statement here, its managing director, Datuk Lim Hock San, said as of yesterday, the company has recorded about RM500 million in sales.
He said while the company offered a variety of products, landed residential units in the RM250,000 to RM500,000 and above range, continued to enjoy brisk sales and would remain its key focus.
"Year-to-date, Bandar Saujana Putra has recorded RM279 million in sales which accounted for 56 per cent of the group’s total sales, with Royal Ivory being the highest contributor reporting over RM145 million in sales," he said.
With such a good response for Royal Ivory, Lim said, the company would be launching two more phases comprising Royal Ivory II and Royal Garden by year-end to meet the growing demand from home buyers.
Moving forward, he said, the company would be developing high-rise serviced apartments. Bernama
