CWorks sees 5% stake crossed in off-market deal (0079)

KUALA LUMPUR: ACE Market-listed Cworks Systems Bhd saw five million shares crossed off-market at an average price of 10 sen each on Wednesday.
Stock market data showed the five million shares accounted for a 5% stake based on its paid-up of 100 million shares.
The shares were transacted at 3.5 sen below Tuesday's closing price of 13.5 sen.
At 11.20am, there were no CWorks shares traded.
