MRCB CEO Mohamed Razeek tenders resignation
KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysian Resources Corporation Bhd's (MRCB) chief executive officer (CEO) Datuk Mohamed Razeek Hussain has tendered his resignation.

said on Tuesday he is resigning as the CEO and director of the company.
His last day with the company will be until Aug 17, 2012.
"The board of directors wishes to extend its appreciation to Datuk Mohamed Razeek for his leadership during his tenure with the company since 2009," it said.

said the board of directors would be working with Mohamed Razeek during
the transition period. The daily operations within the divisions, it
said, would remain as normal with the respective divisions heads/vice
presidents.
He was appointed to the board on Dec 1, 2009. He
joined MRCB as the chief operating officer in June 2009 and was
promoted to CEO on Dec 1, 2009.
MRCB said the board of directors would announce the appointment of a new CEO in due course.
