Ajiya's Thai subsidiary to expand operations(7069)
KUALA LUMPUR: Ajiya Bhd's
subsidiary in Thailand is expanding its operations there with the
building of a factory costing THB167.79mil (RM16.78mil) in Chonburi.
It said on Friday its 99.99% owned Thai Ajiya Safety Glass Co., Ltd had entered into a contract with Vanbilv Co., Ltd for the latter to build two factories and a three-storey office.
Ajiya
said the construction of the factory was for Thai Ajiya to commence its
operations there. The core activities are processing and trading in
glass-related products.
