Ho Hup gets more time for regularisation plan (5169)

KUALA LUMPUR: Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd has granted
Ho Hup Construction Company Bhd an extension of time up to Sept 30, 2012, to submit its revised proposed regularisation plan.
In a filing to Bursa Malaysia today, Ho Hup Construction said the
approval for the extension was without prejudice to Bursa Malaysia's
right to suspend its trading or start delisting process in the event it
fails to provide the revised plan, fails to obtain approvals from the
relevant authorities or does not implement the plan within the given
timeframe.
De-listing procedures shall be commenced by Bursa if the group
fails to submit a revised financial regularisation plan by Sept 30, it
