Emotions, feelings and resulting fantasies may be the result of

  • prolonged concentration an a particular object capable of creating emotions within yourself
  • contact with the aura of a person being capable of stirring up old emotional memories within yourself
  • other persons creating an emotional scenario for you


Point 3 above is the most difficult to control as it might be your karma to get in touch with such persons renewing old emotional memories within yourself - to make you aware of your past needing to be dissolved in Love. You have however a direct impact on the surrounding human environment around you - YOU choose your environment and if that self-chosen environment is causing repeated emotional problems to you - YOU may move to a different environment. You may even move to a different country or continent.
However we will have a look at all 3 points above. These 3 sources of possible emotional disturbances and / or emotional provocation for you can be directly controlled by you in exactly the same way as you control your thoughts - your focus of your mind. You should have successfully completed the previous chapter and exercise on mind control - else it would NOW be the ideal time to do so BEFORE proceeding on this chapter.
Millions of persons suffer from anxiety, fear, depression, .... etc. Many of these persons however do suffer because they occupy their mind with those emotional objects causing fear, anxiety, depression, etc. The principle of samyama affects your mind as well as your emotions.
If you want to change your emotional attitude - if you want to balance and heal your emotional life, then you need to focus on happiness, Love, joy, .... You need to focus all your attention on the sunny side of life to attract joyful emotional energies within yourself. You are becoming what you feed yourself with. This previous sentence may have a multiple meaning !!

Today i get affected so much because I worry I have to sell @ 0.05 and I missed the opportunity.

Hence,
1. when you guys created the fears to have, i have more worries in my heart. Can't wait to just sell all to reduce the losses.
2. When my boss keep talking to me, i worry i can't let go and keep have to ying chao her. Hence, easily making mistake on the buy sell q.

The main issue for me is always scare to miss the opportunity.

But faith should come first. IF the trend did not show up too obvious, dont sell first. Hold ... but if i hold, what if it's all sold out?

So, this comes to how much you actually bought for the bb, it's depend on did you really buy @ discount or you bought the bb @ too high price. If you bought @ discount, worse case senario, just sell @ cost lah, what to worry? like what max says, just sell @ cost 10 times and u hit 2 times win, you are still in winning position.

For my case, because the bb suddenly down and i didn't notice and didn't cancel the q before i leave, then i was stucked @ the 0.06.
I shouldn't hold to sell @ 0.065 when the mom suddenly retrace. If I were no choice but has to leave, I shouldn't key in more Q. How will you know the price u q is @ bottom? what if it suddenly drop to 0.04?

I should cancel my Q buy, stick to my Q sell. Then come back @ least just lost on the outstanding bb but not to incur more losses.

From here, I learnt that i must not buy too high, always buy @ discount (not the premium = -ve) but the price which you think lower than what it worth. Lower intrinsic value.

What if suddenly chiong and you missed the chance?! Then, just let it lah... there are so many bb for you to buy, why worry? Let other ppl earn that money.

Controlling your emotions doesn't mean ignoring them. It means you recognize them and act on them when you deem it appropriate, not randomly and uncontrollably.

Notice what was going through your mind when the emotion appeared. Stop and analyze what you were thinking about, until you find what thought was causing that emotion. Your boss may not have made eye contact with you at lunch, for example; and without even being aware of it, the thought may have been in the back of your mind, "He's getting ready to fire me!"

Write down the evidence which supports the thought that produced the emotion or against that thought. When you begin to think about it, you might realize that since nobody gets along well with this particular boss, he can't afford to actually fire anyone, because the department is too short-staffed. For example, you may have let slip something that you should not have said which angered him, but which it is too late to retract.

Ask yourself, "What is another way to look at the situation that is more rational and more balanced than the way I was looking at it before?" Taking this new evidence into account, you may conclude that your job is safe, regardless of your boss's petty annoyances, and you're relieved of the emotion that was troubling you. If this doesn't work, however, continue to the next step.

Ultimately, which is the decision you'd be most proud of? This is where religious guidance comes into play for many people. Logic - Which course of action is the most likely to result in the outcome you desire? For example, if you're being confronted with a street fight, and you want to take the pacifist route, you can walk away--but, there's a good chance that burly drunk will be insulted if you turn your back. Maybe it's better to apologize and keep him talking until he calms down.

i thk u cant control ur emotion is bcos of the quantity....
i suggest u start small then once u master ur emotion on small qty thn go bigger....

i start with 50.....100.....200.....300....400.....
nowadays start to attack 4-500 lor.....slowly ma
last time whn i hold 500 lot i sold immediatly one.....

8888 tame your emotional fear from the qty, I suggest u limit it to say 700 to 1000 lots except u r totally free to monitor and provided always that opportunity really too good then u may consider higher qty. But I doubt u can spot good opportunity cause u always. ask for stock call. therefore for now u just limit urself. u can bet all ur money but if so pls put the egg into few basket not one. yet still for the moment better u go only 50% of ur limit, the rest u use it only when u r in profit for one bb but. spot other good bargain. when u have no fear u tend to be more rationale, all other disturbance to u is minor if ur bet is not that substantial

You go too much theory man which I think help u not even 1% and didn't solve ur. Problem at all. I didn't bother to read ur emotion problem article, make it simple la. There no point u study thousand stock book if happen the book talk s#@& only. Follow our bb trading way, more money to u in future.

when i first started i play 100 lot......until i can master 100 lot i wont go for bigger.....then i move higher

play 100 lots......?....u'll become always get -ve after u minus the fee.....like i told u before play small or limit the lot n set ur target of untong or loss perday n u'll loss much...i always remember what our late Netsoft wrote" preserved our capital......me..now adays hard to find the time to trading......just read u guys posted n gets some good notes from our comrades......8888 play with different strategy.....cheer up!
