Abu Dhabi bank to sell RHB Cap stake
Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC will sign an agreement to sell its stake in Kuala Lumpur-based lender RHB Capital Bhd to Aabar Investments PJSC on June 17, according to Malaysian government advisory.
The deal will be witnessed by Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Putrajaya, outside of Kuala Lumpur, it said. ADCB, as the company is known, said on June 12 that it received Malaysian central bank approval to hold talks to sell its 25 percent stake to Aabar, an Abu Dhabi government-owned fund. -- Bloomberg
