KUALA LUMPUR: PJI HOLDINGS BHD [] has secured a RM207.09 million CONSTRUCTION [] project in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, from Sunsea Development Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, PJI said the contract was awarded to its wholly owned subsidiary Kejuteraan Trolka Sdn Bhd to build and complete the remaining works for the proposed commercial development of a three-storey shopping podium and basement and, a seven-storey designer suite block.
“The contract will contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the company for the financial year ending June 30, 2013,” said PJI. — Bernama
