Cyberjaya Premier Property Showcase attracts 1,500 strong

CYBERJAYA: More than 1,500 people attended the Cyberjaya Premier
Property Showcase 2013 held at Cyberview Resort and Spa on April 13
and 14.
The showcase, held for the second time around, was jointly organised
by eight developers — Setia Haruman Sdn Bhd, MAH SING GROUP
BHD [], MCT Consortium Bhd, UEM Land Bhd, Emkay Group, S P Setia
Bhd, Paramount Property Development Sdn Bhd and GLOMAC BHD [].
The event promoted Cyberjaya as an attractive, holistic township with
something to offer everyone.
According to Setia Haruman sales and marketing head Liew Yeon
Keong, this year’s premier property showcase was a success in terms
of turnout.
“On behalf of Setia Haruman and the other property developers, I must
say the showcase this year was an excellent boost to us and the other
developers as the turnout was fantastic. More than 1,500 people turned
up, full of enthusiasm to visit the booths, get on the bus tours and
witness for themselves the transformation that is taking place in
Cyberjaya and the change that they could be a part of,” said Liew in a
recent statement.
He said he was pleasantly surprised by those who attended the
showcase as they were discerning, knowledgeable and informed
buyers.
“Setia Haruman managed to sell more than 25 units and it didn’t end just
there, as there were many interested parties who came to enquire and we are confident we can close more sales following
the showcase,” he said.
During the showcase, visitors were taken on hourly tours around the township. Tour participants were quizzed on the various
PROPERTIES [] around the township and walked away with exclusive goody bags.
Based on the excellent public participation and property sales generated, all developers have agreed to participate in the next
Cyberjaya Premier Property Showcase with more developers on board.
