Time dotCom falls on stake sale move

Time dotCom Bhd, a Malaysian fiber-optic capacity provider, fell the most in four months in Kuala Lumpur trading after its parent Time Engineering Bhd proposed selling its shares at a 33.75 per cent discount to the stock’s recent market price.
Time dotCom fell 5.7 per cent to 74.5 sen at 9:11 a.m. local time, set for its biggest drop since Jan. 24.
Time Engineering offered its entire 24.7 per cent stake at 53 sen per share, according to an exchange filing yesterday. -- Bloomberg
