Skali Group positive on bid for TIME Engineering

KUALA LUMPUR: Integrated e-Government and e-business firm Skali Group Malaysia is still bidding for the entire stake in TIME Engineering Bhd and is optimistic about its chances.
Group CEO and co-founder Tengku Farith Rithauddeen said on Wednesday that Skali was part of a three-party group bidding for TIME Engineering.
"TIME has a solutions and data centre business and 90% of our RM60mil revenue is from our solutions and data centre business.
"I'm
optimistic about our chances but it is up to Khazanah (which has a 45%
stake in TIME) to choose the best bidder," he said at a media briefing.
