BToto hopes to list business trust in Singapore end-August

KUALA LUMPUR: Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd hopes to start the listing exercise of its business trust, Sports Toto Malaysia Trust (STM-Trust), by early July.
It said on Monday following the initial public offer exercise, it hoped to list STM-Trust on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd by the end of August.
To recap, BToto said that due to the efflux of time, Sports Toto Malaysia Sdn Bhd had to prepare a fresh set of audited financial statements for inclusion in the prospectus.
"STM
(Sports Toto Malaysia) is now actively engaging its auditors with the
view to complete the audit for the financial year ended April 30, 2013,
by end June," it said.
It said on Monday following the initial public offer exercise, it hoped to list STM-Trust on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd by the end of August.
