Eversendai final retail price fixed at RM1.62

KUALA LUMPUR: Eversendai Corporation Bhd’s institutional price has been fixed at RM1.70 per share and the final retail price at RM1.62.
It said on Wednesday, June 22, the prices were fixed after the completion of the book building process under the institutional offering on Tuesday.
“As the final retail price of RM1.62 per offer Share is lower than the retail price, a refund of the difference of 8.0 sen per offer share shall be made,” it said.
The retail offering closed at 5pm on Tuesday.
Under its listing exercise, Eversendai had planned to raise RM273.19 million from its proposed listing on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd. This was based on the assumed institutional price and final retail price of RM1.70 per share.
Of the proceeds, RM126 million would be for capital expenditure, RM80 million for business expansions, RM58.39 million for working capital and the remaining RM8.80 million for listing expenses.
