Battersea Power Station's Phase 1 records RM3.12b sales
KUALA LUMPUR: Battersea Power Station Development Company's
multi-billion-pound property regeneration programme recorded £681mil
(RM3.12bil) of sales under phase 1, or Circus West, in London.
It
said on Monday sales contracts had been formally entered into with the
buyers for 824 units or 95% of the apartments and townhouses, since
January.
"Building on site is expected to commence in July 2013
with completion of phase one anticipated in 2016/2017, said its CEO, Rob
Tincknell.
"Since our UK launch in early January, we've seen
phenomenal interest which has continued unabated over the last few
months, enabling us to secure committed sales of £681mil to date, making
Circus West at Battersea Power Station one of the fastest selling
developments in London in recent years," he said.

Battersea Power Station is a mix of 866 one, two and three bedroom
apartments, townhouses and penthouses as well as a blend of offices,
shops, leisure and hospitality designed by Ian Simpson Architects and de
Ryke Marsh Morgan.
