Favelle Favco bags RM161mil contract to supply cranes

KUALA LUMPUR: Favelle Favco Bhd had secured RM161.1mil worth of contracts to supply cranes to six international companies. It said on Tuesday its units Favelle Favco Cranes Pte Ltd, Favelle Favco Cranes Pty Ltd and Favelle Favco Cranes (M) Sdn Bhd had received the purchase orders in May and June. It said the contracts were expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets for its financial year 2013 onwards. On Tuesday, its shares fell four sen to RM2.43. There were 259,900 shares traded between RM2.43 and RM2.48.
