Rev up quality of service across the board, measure and be brave to punish if not up to the mark
Roll out broadband beyond big cities and towns, use the USP fund and all players should have ownership of the network since they are contributors to the USP fund
So much fund has gone out of the USP coffers, is there proper check and balance?
Focus on human capital development so that Malaysia has the right people to create international appealing content, if Malaysia is keen to be a creative hub
Unused spectrum should be returned and reaffirmed
Use the whip on false account holders on the social media network, make them accountable for their actions
If Europe can have free roaming for voice services, make it work across Asean.
Schools should use fibre as a delivery medium if smart schooling is the way to go.
